Keeseekoowenin First Nation renews partnership with Manitoba First Nations Education Resource Centre

Treaty 2 Territory – On September 2nd, 2021, Chief Norman Bone and Councillors Barry Bone, Bradley Burns and Education Staff Leslie Blackbird from Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation met with Mr. Charles Cochrane, from Ebb and Flow Anishinaabe First Nation and Executive Director of MFNERC, to renew their partnership agreement while they await for the Government of

Treaty 2 Territory – On September 2nd, 2021, Chief Norman Bone and Councillors Barry Bone, Bradley Burns and Education Staff Leslie Blackbird from Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation met with Mr. Charles Cochrane, from Ebb and Flow Anishinaabe First Nation and Executive Director of MFNERC, to renew their partnership agreement while they await for the Government of FNT2T to establish its full function of the Life Long Learning Circle.

This partnership signifies that the Manitoba First Nations School System (MFNSS) and Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation will continue to work together in providing the highest quality of education for First Nations by First Nations. We celebrate this renewed agreement and look forward to providing leading education, administration, technology, and language and culture services to Keeseekoowenin Ojibway Nation.
