Lake St. Martin is now moving forward with their constitution to allow themselves to govern. Lake St. Martin Administrator Merv Sinclair and Knowledge Council member Clarence Morse shared stories of Lake St. Martin, and the inclusiveness of youth and elders working together with FNT2T staff members Ray Mousseau and Darlene Woodhouse.
